Carbon Footprint (CFP)
Sustainability, for Pali Campion, means designing with awareness. The ISO 14067:2018 – Annex C, CFP – Systematic Approach certification confirms that Pali Campion S.r.l. has adopted a structured and verified system for managing the Product Carbon Footprint, applied to monotubular steel poles and accessories. This system makes it possible to monitor and measure, in terms of CO₂ equivalent, the total greenhouse gas emissions directly or indirectly associated with the individual stages of the life cycle of a product or product family.
This means that the company has an organized method for collecting, managing and assessing data related to the carbon footprint of its products.
A particularly relevant aspect is that this approach is not used only retrospectively, but also during the design phase. In this way, Pali Campion can analyze different technical and production solutions, also evaluating them from the point of view of environmental impact.
The Carbon Footprint therefore becomes a tool to support design: it makes it possible to compare alternatives, materials, processes and product configurations, with the aim of offering customers the most suitable solution not only in terms of performance, quality and functionality, but also from an environmental perspective..
