Eco-friendly, cost-effective and very resistant Steel poles??
It can be done!
PALI CAMPION PRESENTS “ECOGREEN”

To reduce environmental impact by introducing innovative products and processes that cut CO2 emissions is the challenge facing humanity.

According to recent studies[1] on life cycle analysis, the production of steel poles generates CO2eq emissions of approximately 2 tons for every ton of poles produced. The ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint study highlighted that the production phase of steel raw materials has the greatest impact, accounting for almost 90% of the total. The second significant phase is galvanising, which accounts for approximately 9% of the total. Whereas the impact of the pole transformation/manufacturing phase is very low, at around 1%.

It is therefore clear that the amount of steel used in manufacturing is the key parameter for assessing the environmental impact in terms of CO2 emissions of this product.

The lighter a pole is, the lower its environmental impact is.

With a view to developing cutting-edge solutions that are more environmentally sustainable, Pali Campion is able to design and manufacture lighter, high-performance poles that guarantee mechanical strength and durability. Our technologically advanced facilities and highly specialized personnel enable us to work with high-performance special steels It is therefore possible to reduce the amount of material used to make a pole, with significant ecological and economic benefits, while ensuring structural safety.

This led to the launch of the new range of ‘ECOGREEN’ conical poles, which offer significant advantages over traditional poles.

- Reduction in CO2 emissions by up to 24%
- Increased structural strength by up to +27%
- Cost savings of up to 15%

We believe in and continuously invest in technological and product innovation to provide increasingly high-performance solutions with constantly improving quality.
